Weight-wise, I don’t own a scale so I couldn’t tell you how much water weight I lost and probably gained back three days later. The Review: Overall, I personally would not recommend the Blue Print Juice Cleanse. It was the same six juices every day, so by day three on my ninth green juice, it was definitely a struggle to get it down. Because there were six juices, I never felt hungry but I also never really felt satiated. So after I struggled with cutting out normal food for three days, I finally received my overnight-shipped juices and eagerly popped open my first green juice: romaine, celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley, apple and lemon (yes, it tastes exactly how you’re picturing it to taste.) Each day I had three green juices, a pineapple-apple-mint juice, a spicy lemonade, and cashew milk to top it off. If you are used to eating large portions and rich foods, cutting all of those things out cold turkey is really difficult! I’m a natural snacker so I basically had to padlock the pantry to keep myself from cheating: One day before: raw veggies, and raw veggies, and raw veggies. ![]()
